Barb, so many years of friendship you have given me, leaving me with nothing but great memories. To have witnessed your courageous battle with cancer, set an example for all of us. Your strength and attitude during those years gave us all a standard of spirtuality to strive for. I will so miss the regular dinner group from General Code that you seldom if ever missed. I will miss the many times we would go out to breakfast and I suffered watching while you ate (grits). I remember how you always grabbed the "check" no matter how hard I would protest. You would always say "well you can get the next one" but that never happened. Most of all I will miss your smile and the conversations we had about life. Thank you for encouraging me to become an Elections Inspector and for giving me the pattern to knit "hats for the homeless" like you did. I love you and I know God will give you a good seat on the bus. Remember, you promised you would save me a good seat too! I love you girlfriend, God bless you!

Dear Watkins Family, Barb will always have a special place in my heart as well. I always enjoyed talking and laughing with her. Her smile and sense of humor were wonderful and helped me through my tough times. God made her a special angel and she will always be flying among us to make sure we treat everyone like she treated all of us. God Bless and Angels watch over all of you. With Love, Joanie

Dear Watkins family, Mrs.Watkis was kind and generous person you would ever want to know. I remeber all the times when our families went camping, that was a great time of my life, those were fine memories, I will always cherish always. I always loved it when she called me Wendall,it made me feel special, also when she came down to my mom's house when I came up from Virginia to visit me,that was the kind of person she was, thinking of others. Mrs. Watkins you are gonna be truely missed by all the people that loved you so very much!! Love and miss you. Foster,Wendy,Alexander, and Andrew

I have so many memories, too many to list them all but here are a few: I remember all the times we spent with our family because my mother taught me how important family is. We had a lot of fun and wonderful camping trips, trips to Disney, and trips out west. I also wanted to say that I am so VERY GREATFUL that my parents picked me and adopted me(probably out of many). I have always known that I was wanted and loved. Mom, I will miss your calls, and you asking me if I took my medicine, and if I didn't feel good one day you would always ask if I needed help doing anything in my house when you didn't feel good yourself. I Love you & will miss you!!
