Uncle Fred was a wonderful man. He worked hard, loved his family and was an example for all of us. He knew how to balance the joys and hardships of life and was more concerned of others than himself. Our whole family has lost someone very special. Even though we lived on opposite ends of the country, we managed to stay close. I'm so glad to have been able to visit with the family last September. I'll always love you, Uncle Fred. As you used to say "See ya".

I worked with Fred at Millbrook for 8 years. I found him to be a gentleman and a gentle man He has been and will be missed.

I love my grandpa with all my heart. I will always remember his humor, the santa hat and "what are you up to now?" Being with family made him happy and I hope he knew how happy he made us.

I remember when I was little me and my cousins on christmas eve would beg to open christmas presents.I love you grandpa and will miss you.I also remember like it was yesterday swimming in pool till my lips were blue and adults would make me get out.

I remember in my younger days for both Easter and Christmas bouncing around Grandpa in anticipation to open presents or go on Easter Egg hunts. I remember on Halloween he would come into our "Haunted House" and always take all of the Mary Jane peanut butter chews from the goody basket. I will always remember the positive and beautiful smile that always graced his face when family was around. He will be in my heart forever and nothing will ever change that.
