I worked with Foster on several projects before I retired from Carderock in 2010. He was a joy to work with and talk to. I was able to talk with him and catch up just a couple of years ago, it was nice. He will be missed by everybody. Foster and his family will be in my prayers.

My Buddie, my love ,
I can’t put into words what I am feeling I am numb, in disbelief that you aren’t here with us..I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a wonderful husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend.. thank you Buddie for taking care of me and the boys we didn’t go without anything.. you will be truly missed ..
