I was so sorry to read that Dave passed away the day after Christmas. No day is a good day but difficult at the holiday time. I know because I lost Sam October 9th of this year
and made this Christmas a very sad time for our family also.
I don't know if you remember Sam and me, we had a cottage on the west side of Lake
Demmon for many years and enjoyed Dave and Georgia's friendship and such good memories.
I had come to know Dave through the American Legion and will miss him greatly. With him a die hard Yankee fan and me being a not so much an avid Yankee fan, gave way to great conversation and laughter. We will miss him at the Post and I will miss him as a friend. My condolences to your family. May God Be With You.
Dave was such a sweet neighbor. He watched for my dog, Bailey and me every day so Bailey could get a treat. Will never forget Dave and Georgia. Wonderful people.
