Our deepest condolences to the entire Zukaitis family as you mourn the loss of your beautiful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and our special friend. Pat was such a loving and giving friend, and one of our fondest memories of Pat is when she personally made our amazing Wedding cake 37 years ago! It's a joy that we celebrate in pictures on our anniversary every year, and we always will! We hope that the sadness you feel now, will soon be replaced with the happy memories of Pat's life. Our hearts go out to you all, "Aunt Pat" was so much a part of our lives & families that it's hard to put into words all the great memories we all have of her. She will be missed, for awhile, into we all get to where she's gone on ahead to, some place were clowns always smile.
