Jack is survived by his wife, Donna; children, John (Bonnie) McElver, Matthew McElver; grandchildren, Nicholas McElver, Jonathan McElver; brother, John (Cindy) McElver; sister, Patricia (Tom) Pschierer; several nieces & nephews.
