Obituary of Grace Adams

Churchville: January 22, 2015 at age 84. Predeceased by her husband, Maynard Adams; daughter, Alice Ann Adams; granddaughter, Jamie Lee Mason; parents, Ralph & Elizabeth Smith; brother, Claude Smith. She is survived by her children, Martin Adams, David (Susan) Adams, Burton (Judy) Adams, Martha (Paul) Schad, Linda Mason; several grandchildren & great grandchildren; sister, Mary (Patrick) Gillen; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Grace's visitation will be on Tuesday from 11 am to 1 pm at the funeral home, 21 S. Main St. Churchville, where her service will also be held at 1 pm. Interment in Creekside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd. Rochester, NY 14620 in Grace's Memory.
