Obituary of James Leathersich

Irondequoit: James Harrison Leathersich "Levy" passed away on November 17, 2013 at the age of 68. Jim is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, Bill (Sonya) Boatman, Kim (Dale) Fair, Mary Jane (George) Fargo, Ann (Chuck Souza) Leathersich M.D., Jean Leathersich; grandchildren, Rick, Cristine, Damien, Dmitri, Christopher, Charles, Thomas, Dale, Charlene, Dana, Joy, Danielle, Harrison & Rosemary; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, William Leathersich; sisters & brothers-in-law, Joanne & Ron Mix, Norma & Don Goodman; mother-in-law, Marjorie Boyles; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and his four-legged buddy, Sheena. Jim was a Monroe County Sheriff's Department retiree. Visitation is Thursday 3-7 PM at the funeral home, 21 South Main St., Churchville. Jim's Funeral Mass is Friday at 10 AM at St. Ambrose Peace of Christ Parish , 25 Empire Blvd, Rochester. Interment at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 11454, Alexandria, VA 22312 in Jim's memory.
