Obituary of Donald Fraina

Spencerport: September 30, 2013 at age 78. Predeceased by his parents, Dominic & Josephine Fraina. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Janet (Knop) Fraina; children, Deborah (Deb Smith) Fraina Benedetto, Christine (Erik) Upeslacis, Susan (Brian) Morgan; grandchildren, Alex & Julia Upeslacis, Lydia & Blake Morgan; cousins and many dear friends. Don was a Veteran of the U. S. Navy and a 34 year employee of Kodak. A cheerful volunteer, he gave his time to the Ogden Presbyterian Church, Special Olympics, School of the Holy Childhood and most recently, Unity at Parkridge. Don umpired softball and volleyball for various leagues throughout Monroe County. The family wishes to express very special thanks to the nursing staff on 2300 at Unity at Parkridge. Your care and compassion was a blessing. NO PRIOR VISITATION. Don's Funeral Service will be on Thursday at 11 AM at the Ogden Presbyterian Church, 2400 South Union St. in Spencerport. Interment private.
