27 years ago I held you in my arms, and you became known as my baby brother.
A few years latter you had to do whatever I did, and go wherever I went and became known as my annoying little brother.
Years after that You discovered yourself by doing things the only way you knew how, trial and error (repeatedly!) and became known as my brother.
Fast forward to more recent times, you worked hard building your life and home with Maila, and whenever I was home, reverting back to wanting to be wherever I was, but not as the annoying little brother from years past... You were my best friend!

Josh and I worked together at CooperVision. We were both working on second shift at the time when the company decided to change things around and moved me to the dry production area (which I had no experience in at all) and made me Josh's boss. Instead of him getting mad and upset he took time to help me learn how the line worked. I had no idea what I was doing and when he could see we wouldn't make our numbers or we were falling behind he would step up and try to explain what was happening and why and then he would fill in on different jobs so we could get it done. Sometimes he would end up doing three or four jobs a night and never complained. No one would work as hard as he did and push himself to help others, even when there wasn't anything in it for him. Because of his help we went from an area that was struggling to an area that was overachieving and running smoothly and I thank josh for this. He always made work a pleasant place to be with his laughter and jokes and had such a wonderful smile that you could see across the room. My heart goes out to his wife and his family. I'm so so sorry for your loss. This world had lost such a great person and I think it's very rare that you see someone so young make such an impact on so many people. Josh, you will be greatly missed.
