Obituary of Gordon Nichols

Saturday March 2, 2013 at the age of 84. Gordon is survived by his wife of 63 years, Ruth A. (Eccleston) Nichols; his children, Nancy Willette, G. Wayne (Nancy) Nichols and Norma (Artis) Scott; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; his sister, Joanne (Dale) Stiner; many nieces and nephews. The family requests, please wear something purple in honor of Gordon's favorite color. Gordon's visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the funeral home, 15 West Avenue, Spencerport, NY 14559. Gordon's Funeral Services will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Saturday at Grace Church of the Nazarene, 2924 Union Street, (Corner of Rte. 259 & Stony Point Road) Rochester, NY 14624. Interment N. Chili Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Grace Nazarene Church c/o a missions project of Ruth's choice.
