My Mom was the strongest, most loving woman I have ever known. Her children came first, always! This held true despite whatever personal adversity she was facing. As she struggled with her last breaths in the hospital, she was still thinking of her children. Her greatest concern was that she wanted her children to be happy. A true mother lion protecting her cubs until the end. Thanks, Mom.

One of my fondest memories of your Mom is having her come over after our Italy trip and we were just sitting around our table and talking. Such a beautiful light. She has lived a wonderful life with wonderful children. Kathie, you and your family are in my prayers. I wish I could be there for you during this difficult time. But keep your fussiness going for her. I love you...and most sincere condolences to you and your family. Love, Candace and Tom

I once told mom the greatest gift she ever gave me was knowing what it meant to have faith and always trust God no matter what life dealt you. Mom was an incredibly faithful woman who lead by her example. Even in the days just before she passed away she was praying and the light shown in her eyes when she received communion. I will truely miss my mom but she will forever remain in my heart.

One of my favorite memories of Nan was at last year's Halloween Party here at Ogden Gardens when Nan entered the room dressed in white saddle shoes and poodle skirt. She looked like a teenager and acted the part as well. What a hoot! No matter what was going on at Odgen Gardens Nan always wanted to be in on it. She was a real spitfire and full of energy and humor. I especially will miss her as she lived just up the hall from me and we talked several times a day. I rejoice that Nan now lives in eternal life with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May the peace of God surround all of you at this difficult time. Love and Prayers, Pastor Mary
