Obituary of Francis Palmer

Reno, Nevada/Spencerport: September 20, 2011. Frank is survived by his wife, Diane (Mroczek) Palmer; daughters, Eileen Palmer and Kathie (Bob) Mariano; granddaughter, Halie Mariano; sisters, Barbara (Palmer) Masseau, Ann (Ken) Klump; brother-in-law, Ed Mroczek; dear friend, Tammy Knittel; several nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends. Frank was the former owner/operator of Palmer Cleaners in Spencerport, NY. Frank's visitation will be 1-4 PM Saturday October 22 at the funeral home, 15 West Avenue (Spencerport). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Frank's memory.
