Donald was the past chief and past president of the Spencerport Fire Department, a life member of the Spencerport Fire Department, a member of Spencerport Fireman's Exempts, Past president of the Monroe County Fire Chief's Association, Past president of the NYS Fire Chief's Association, a member of International Fire Chief's, a life time member of St. John the Evangelist Church, a member of the American Legion Ferris Goodrich Post, a Veteran of the Korean War and a retired long time employee of Spencerport School District, Print Shop, Building and Grounds and Bus Driver.
