Obituary of Richard Kohler

Kohler, Richard F. Sr. "Dick" Spencerport: Saturday August 14, 2010, surrounded by his family. Dick was predeceased by his parents, Julius and Emma; siblings, Marge, George, Edward and James. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Helen; son, Dick (Maureen); sister, Delores Trilikaukas; sisters-in-law, Joan (Bob) Singer, Lillian (Harlan) Hilton; brothers-in-law, Dick Winn, Ken Winn; several special nieces and nephews. Dick was a veteran of WWII with the U.S. Army Core of Engineers. He retired from the Gannett Newspaper with 37 years of service. The Family gives special thanks to Dr. Chow and the staff of the MICU at Rochester General Hospital. No prior visitation. Dick's Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 AM Thrusday August 19 at St. John's the Evangelist Church, 55 Martha St. Spencerport, NY 14559. Emtombment at 2 PM at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Rd., Pittsford, NY 14534. Donations may be made to the Spencerport Volunteer Ambulance 116 Lyell Ave. Spencerport, NY 14559 in Dick's memory.
