Obituary of Cletus Harrison

Spencerport: Monday August 9, 2010 at the age of 85. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Doris (Hysner) Harrison; his children, Kathleen (Richard) Pellegrin and James Harrison; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian) Foser, Jillian and Julia Pellegrin, Jessica (Ashley) Jackson; great granddaughters, Makayla, Angel, Jordan, Keira and Brianna; several nieces and nephews. The Harrison family would like to include very close friends, Evelyn Leiter & Kathy & Jim Breeding. Clete was a WWII Navy Veteran of the European Theater, a member of Ferris Goodridge American Legion Post #330, a past member of the Spencerport Ambulance, a retiree of Eastman Kodak after 37 years of service in the Paper Sensitizing Dept. (Bldg. 57) and the Craft Antique Co-Op. He loved the Big Band Sound, Country and Western Music, antiques, fishing, photography and traveling. Clete will always be remembered by his family for his work ethic, warm sense of humor, his compassionate nature and his love of family. Especially the joy his 5 great granddaughters brought to his life. Visitation will be held Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Funeral Home 15 West Avenue Spencerport, NY 14559, where Funeral Services will be celebrated Thursday at 11:00AM. Interment Fairfield Cemetery.
