Obituary of Jimee Cummings

September 22, 2011. Jimee is survived by her husband, Elmer E. Cummings; children, Jim (Lynn) Lasken & Gene (Patty) Cummings; grandchildren, Jenni (David) Andreas, John Hunt, Jamie Barron, Caitlin Cummings & Nathan Cummings; cousins & dear friends. Special thanks to the staff at Batavia Nursing Home and Unity Hospital, for the care given to Jimee. Jimee's visitation will be held Sunday 2-4 PM at the funeral home, 21 South Main St. Churchville. Her Memorial Service will be celebrated 10 AM Monday at the funeral home. Interment Creekside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bergen Volunteer Fire Department in Jimee's memory. Jimee belonged to the Churchville Moose Club and the Chili American Legion. She worked as a secretary at Barthamus Manufacturing. Her special family function was Christmas. She had quite a few hobbies which included making minature clowns, she enjoyed the computer, and online games, especially FaceBook. She liked knitting, crocheting, shopping and pets. What gave her the most enjoyment in life was shopping. Jimee was very passinonate about her family. The best way to describe Jimee is that she was outspoken, generous and good hearted.
