Even though we did know CPT. Clark and his family personally, we consider them part of our army family. Ironically I am from MI and my wife is from Rochester. We walked on a lot of the same ground as Bruce and his family did. From here to Hawaii and other points along the way. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his wife, children and family.

Cpt. Clark and I worked together when he was station in Hawaii at Tripler. He was so wonderful to work with and I learned so much from him, because he was an awesome nurse and teacher. My fondest memorie was when I put together a baby shower for susan when she was preggos with Camille. We had a wonderful time that day and Cpt. Clark was so excited to be having another baby. I'm sure gonna miss you sir. I know you are smiling at all of us from heaven. My condolences go out to Susan and the girls and his fam.

My sincere condolences to the family. Words cannot express how truly sad I am in our loss of Kevin. He was such a great guy. I knew him growing up in Addison, but I got to know him so much better during the years he served at Addison Fire & EMS. We had a lot of fun going on calls andd training together. He was an inspiration to so many people. The memories will last forever. Most of all, the family needs to know how proud Kevin was of you all. He not only expressed it in his actions, but he mentioned it many times. Kevin was our hero and Addison is very proud of him.

I grew up in Addison in the '50s and '60s and knew the Clark family then. I am so sorry that Kevin was taken so early in his life -- from the memorials about him, it seems he embodied the spirit of Addison, a village small in size but huge in heart.

CPT Clark was in charge of education for the council in the ICU at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. As the Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist, he and I worked very close together planning inservices, etc. As well as working with our ICU simulation man in one of our ICU rooms. When the ICU gets pretty full, we have to move the Simman to a different room and allow a patient to occupy the simulation room. He thought it would be better to physically move the manniken vs moving a bed with the manniken on it. Hence the picture of him carrying the "dummy" over his shoulder through the ICU. He was always the first to help and we would talk about family, faith and career. I'm glad I was there to offer some of my time to him. I was blessed to know him and Susan and the kids. I thoroughly enjoyed our Rudy's BBQ lunch before he deployed. Love how he loved on the ladies in his life. Always a man full of love for those around him. Miss you.

My family lived next door to Kevin and his family, growing up in Addison. He comes from a great family and he was a great friend and was always available to help anyone in need. He is gone much too young and left a young family behind. I pray for his family that they find strength and peace to carry on.
