Gram, I learned more about you in your last days than I knew in the 3 years I've known you. Your story and your family are amazing. Thanks for allowing me to be part of your beautiful journey. We will split a box of chocolates the next time we meet...lol. :-)

There are many memories, but the one that sticks in my mind is the way you would squint your eyes and pull in your face and say wow,you always take care of me, I love you. One regret I have is when I was in my teens you asked me to go to Hawaii with you, but as a fool I was I declined and you said you will never ask me again man I guess now it is true I will never get that memory or chance to go with you again. I love you gram. when we do meet again I'm going with you to Hawaii .

Memories I don't know where to start. Not many people can say they were as close to their great grandmother as I was, some not even as close to their grandparents as I was to you and I am thankful for that. The endless sayings you would say; doll baby, bye bye, yeaaahhhhh, wooooowww and the list goes on. Most of all the best memory is experiencing 28 years of my life with you. I love you , and until the time we meet again Aunt Gladys will have to take you to get your hair done and clothes shopping. See you later, and I'll work on not being lazy and giving you a great great grandchild/grandchildren.

You are on your final journey now and although we will always miss you we will always have wonderful memories. I will miss making your fruiited jello for our yearly picnics even I had trouble not having it melt. I knew it was one of your favorites. Until we meet again Aunt Florence I love and miss you and may you rest in peace.
