Obituary of Edward Annechino
Edward, 88, entered into eternal peace on November 25, 2012 surrounded by prayer and loving family. He is predeceased by his son, Robert. He is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Josephine; his son, Edward P. (Stacey Luther); daughters, Dr. Paula (Dr. Michael) Giudici of Davenport, Iowa and Lorijean (Donald) Pillittere; daughter-in-law, Elizabeth (Miller) Annechino; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; sister, Marion Favero; sisters-in-law, Lucy Rosati, Libby Rosati and Mickey (Anthony) Quattrone; dear friend, Betty Polizzi; and many nieces and nephews.
As a young man, Edward enjoyed working on cars, he was a real car buff. In 7th Grade at # 5 School, he met a girl, Josephine B. Bonsanto, and she became his sweetheart through high school, and were married for 66 years. Edward served as a Pharmacist's Mate First Class, US Navy, WWII, in Saipan and did Military Design Work. Edward received his Associates Degree from RIT in 1956, was an AV Expert and Tradesman, worked as an electronic engineer at Kodak for 32 years. After retirement from Kodak in 1983, he established his own company, ENA Electronics and remained active in the business until 2001.
Edward built his own home. Edward was an avid Buffalo Bills fan. He really liked to have clambakes and family gatherings. He was a creative man. He was very innovative. He was a man that put everyone else first. He was always on the move, and humble. Edward was hard working and he instilled work ethics in his family, and he was all about family.
Edward was a member of St. John the Evangelist Church in Spencerport for 58 years. Years ago he installed the sound system in the church, he was on the Parish Council and he was also an usher.
No Prior calling hours. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM Saturday at St. John the Evangelist Church, 55 Martha St., Spencerport. Private burial. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Red Cross in Edward's memory.
