Obituary of Lee Allen Zurick
Lee Allen Zurick, 83 entered into heaven on October 28th, 2023 following a hard fought battle with Lewy Body Dementia and Parkinson's. Lee is predeceased by parents, Onalee (Soles) Zurick and William Zurick; brother, Roger Zurick (Cynthia); sister-in-law, Karen (Gales) Hancock; brother-in-law, Roger Gales (Susan). He is survived by his wife, Linda (Gales) Zurick; daughter, Lori Zurick (Michael Pierce); son, David Zurick; brothers, James (Rosemary) Zurick, Raymond (Carol) Zurick; sisters, Martha Moats Zurick (Omer), Candace Girardi (Michael); brother -in-law, Rev. Dennis Hancock (Janice), David Gales (Kathy). Many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews. His family would like to thank the Edna Tina Wilson Living Center and Rochester Regional Health for Lee's excellent and loving care and support.
Lee was born in Winstead, Pennsylvania. He attended college at Greenville University in Illinois and Nazarene Bible college in Colorado. Lee retired from Kodak and was very devoted to his family, church and God. He loved Gardening, fishing, hunting and coin collecting. He was very patriotic and took great interest in history.
Celebration of life will be held on November 11th,2023 at 2 PM at the United Methodist Church in Hilton, NY. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations in Lee's memory can be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association https://www.lbda.org/donate or Parkinson's Research Foundation. www.parkinsonhope.org/ways
