I am heartbroken to read that Mr. Kelley has passed. I live down the road from Mr. Kelley in Hilton and would visit with him when he would come into the Village Offices. Just the kindest, always smiling, gentle person. My thoughts and prayers to Mrs. Kelley and his family.
Such a wonderful, kind, loving man. When they lived down the street from us we loved talking to him & Bev when we would go for a walk. OR...as they were walking back from the diner. :) :) I don't think we ever saw him w/o a smile. We will miss you Bob. Rest in Peace.

I grew up a few houses from Bob & Bev, two of the kindest and dearest people on the planet. I don't have a memory of one that doesn't include the other. Absolute ambassadors for love, commitment and family. My heart is broken at Bob's passing yet full for such a glorious life lived. You will be dearly missed.
