Cathy was born October 23, 1933, in Howard, NY. She was married to John Douglas Jacobs on June 4, 1953. Graduated from Brockport High School and retired from Lakeside Hospital in Brockport, NY. She enjoyed dolls, Shirley Temple movies, John Wayne movies, Country music especially Alan Jackson, Danielle Steele novels. She loved her family dearly.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, from 9-11 am with her funeral service following at 11:00 am at the funeral home, 15 West Ave. Spencerport NY. Interment in Mt. Albion Cemetery.
