We are so sorry to hear about Uncle Tom. I loved visiting with him and listening to his stories and his laugh. He always made everyone around him laugh, too, with his jokes and good-natured teasing. I will always treasure the many fond memories I have of him.
Mr. Burgio was a dear friend and co-worker with my father (Raymond Nowatzki). I always thought highly of him and enjoyed seeing his smile. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family. He was a great man.
Tom is my friend. For the last eight years I have sat with Burgio every Thursday at the Legion. Tom would brighten the room with his personality and his stories.
Thank you for sharing Tom with others. He will be missed.
