It’s hard to sum up in words how much Aunt Sue meant to me. She was a constant presence in my life and helped shaped my character with her kindness, generosity, compassion, and integrity. I feel very lucky that I had her in my life and will miss her dearly.
I also met Sue at Alfred State College, Delta Chi Omega - - and saw her occasionally at work at EKC. Never knew she was originally from Alfred! My condolences, God bless and the picture of her is absolutely beautiful.
Sally & Lew and the Shaffer family, l am so sorry to hear this sad news about Sue, I have the fondest memories of both her and Mel, from the years we all worked together and other occasions we shared. I hope that Sue being reunited with Mel and all the great memories you have will comfort you through this sad time.

Sue and I met at Alfred State College and we joined Delta Chi Omega sorority in our freshmen year (Class of 1966). Sue will always be remembered for her kindness and willingness to assist in sorority activities whenever needed. She and I managed to stay in touch every Christmas with our annual newsletters. I will miss hearing from her. My sincere and deepest sympathies to her family and friends. She was a wonderful person. May she rest in peace.
