Obituary of Douglas H. Steward

CHURCHVILLE-

Douglas Herbert Steward Peacefully on July, 10 2019 at age 86. Predeceased by his son Mathew Scot Steward, great granddaughter Hazel Avery Moore.  Douglas is survived by his wife Joan of 41 years, sons, Douglas James (Mary), Charles Edward (Maria) & John Andrew (Patricia) Steward; daughter Elizabeth Ann Ashley, 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; special niece and nephew, Elizabeth Alexander (Nathan) Brown and family; Charles David (Jessica) Alexander & many friends. In lieu of flowers please direct memorials to Pearce Memorial Church or Alzheimers Assoc. 435 E. Henrietta Rd. Rochester, NY 14620. 

Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 16, 10 am -11am at Pearce Memorial Church 4322 Buffalo Road Rochester, NY 14514 followed by his funeral service at 11am. Douglas will be laid to rest in Creekside Cemetery Churchville New York immediately following the service.
