May 1, 2019. Rose is predeceased by her husband, William C. Kleisle; son, James F. Kleisle. She is survived by her children, Cindy (Kevin) Sanger, William J. (Cyndy) Kleisle, Diane (Greg) Utter, Daniel J. (Mary Caryk) Kleisle; multiple grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 5th at the funeral home 15 West Ave. Spencerport from 2-5 PM. Rose’s Funeral Mass to be held Monday, May 6th at 11:00 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, 55 Martha St. Spencerport. Internment to follow at St. Johns Cemetery. Those wishing may contribute to a charity of their choice in Rose’s memory.
Rose’s Life Story
Rose was born on July 20, 1932 in Rochester, NY to William & Theresa and her siblings were William and Mary. Her dad worked at Kodak and mom was a homemaker. She enjoyed sports, working in the garden with her mom and playing in the woods and went to the cottage on the lake in the summer.
In Rose’s teen years she played basketball and field hockey at Nazareth High School, she had 1-2 years in College and went to school to be a Stewardess.
Married William (Bill) and had 5 children, Cynthia, William, Diane, Daniel & James (deceased).
Rose loved all her family, took all significant others into the family. She always had a dog, last dog is Abbie who is being taken care of by her grandchild Teresa. We had dinner every Sunday at Mom’s.
Rose and Bill rode a motorcycle to 48 states not including Hawaii & Alaska. She always stayed busy enjoyed volunteering at St John’s Catholic School, was a member of Confraternity of Christian Mothers and Honor Guard at St. John’s. She played softball for many years with her daughters,
Some of her favorite things to watch was the Syracuse Orange basketball team, Golden State Warriors and loved to read SCI-FI.
Rose was a devout Catholic, devoted wife & mother, grandmother & great grandmother also aunt and was very easy going and tolerant. Loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her.
