My brother Bobby (Robert, Bob) was not in the obituary and I cannot tell you how bad I feel because I made this mistake and I apologize deeply.
Bob came immediately from Baltimore and stayed with me for the week to support me. When Richard, Patty and I chose the church songs and readings he also helped.

Patty and Family,
I am so sorry about your brother's passing. I know that the two of you had a great relationship and you will miss him so much.
May the great memories that you have of all that you did with him and Betty, and the love and support of your dear friends, help you get through this difficult time.
Love,
Sue

We have been neighbors for 30+ years. Bill was always there whenever I needed a hand with anything. He was always good for a chat while gardening or for offering advice and assistance with a car issue or home repair. He even took care of my cats while I was recuperating after a car accident a few years back. Bill was one of those neighbors who you could call anytime for any reason. He was a mentor to my son and I hope he knew what a vital role he played in his life. My son is the person he is today in great part because of Bill Puffer. Bill will be missed by many and Spencerport won't be the same without him.

Sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. While older than me, I remember having great arguments in high school aboutthe Sonny Liston Vs Cassius Clay (later to be known as Muhammed Ali) boxing match. Bill was a strong Liston supporter. It was my first and only sports bet. I made $5. I recall Bill calling me up to congratulate me and I was afraid someone might hear on our shared “party line” telephone that we were gambling! I also remember Bill being the first guy I knew from high school that got married. He moved into an apartment in an old house down the street from where I lived. Condolences to his family.
