Christine and I worked on a quality and safety committee at the hospital. After speaking with her about various
issues concerning the care of our patients or concerns about everyday issues related to care, I always walked away feeling more at peace about decisions. I am so sad to learn of her death and feel we have lost a professional, compassionate, and ethical care provider.
I have many fond memories of living across the street many years ago, and was so glad to reconnect with Chris when my husband was a patient at the cancer center. As fellow nurses, we shared stories and our love of the profession. As a patient's family, I benefited from her expertise and caring manner. As friends once again, we shared life stories. My life has been blessed by her presence
